1. Scope
These terms govern the use of gpsuno.com, where GPS UNO is presented, operated by Carlos Román Ruiz Basulto, an individual with business and professional activity, under the trade name Mexadev, at San Juan Bautista 4128, int. 3, Col. Bello Horizonte, ZIP 72170, Puebla, Puebla, Mexico. By browsing the site you accept them.
2. Service area
We only serve companies operating in Mexico. Services, contracts and prices are in Mexican pesos and governed by Mexican law. The Spanish version of our legal notices prevails.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about GPS UNO and to contact us. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to access private areas, interfere with its operation, send automated or malicious content through the form, or scrape its content.
4. Product captures
Screens and clips are real captures of GPS UNO, in Spanish as our customers use it; trips and clips from customer fleets are published with their permission. Before capturing, we replace plates, names, companies, phone numbers, emails, device identifiers and place names with made-up data; routes, speeds and readings are real. They show how the system works and are not an offer or a guarantee of results for your fleet. The maps in the captures belong to Google and its data providers and always appear with their attribution.
5. Intellectual property
The Mexadev and GPS UNO names and logos and the site's text, images, design and code belong to Carlos Román Ruiz Basulto or are used with permission.
6. Third-party trademarks
The third-party trademarks we mention (tracker and camera makers, mobile carriers, Google, WhatsApp, Android or iOS) belong to their owners. They are mentioned only to describe hardware compatibility or the service, with no sponsorship, license or endorsement between their owners and Mexadev.
7. The form
The form is for requesting a GPS UNO quote or a demo. Submitting it creates no contract and is not itself a quote or an acceptance. The GPS UNO service is contracted under a separate written agreement.
8. Your drivers' data
If your company contracts GPS UNO, your company is the controller of its drivers' data and GPS UNO acts as processor: it processes the data only on your company's behalf and under the contract. Your company must inform its drivers, with its own privacy notice, that the vehicle records its location and that the in-cab camera records their image and voice, and obtain their consent where the law requires it. Neither your company nor GPS UNO can turn the cameras off from the platform. Retention periods and the country where the data is stored are in part B of the privacy notice.

10. Liability and availability
The site's information is general and may change without notice. To the extent the law allows, Mexadev is not liable for damages arising from using the site or relying on its content, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; the courts of Puebla, Puebla have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
